Lion & Swan Hotel - Congleton

Warm and inviting with fantastic staff! The food is delicious, and the shower in the bathroom is luxurious. Though the bed could be a bit larger for tall guests, overall a comfortable stay with lovely ambiance and a great location for exploring. Would definitely come back!

We had a spotless room with a comfy bed. The staff were attentive and food was delicious. The hotel had an unbeatable location a minute walk from Trinity Methodist Church.

The room was immaculate and huge, with a convenient decor. Tea/coffee making equipment and glassware were available in the kitchen. The hotel was in a very central setting right in the centre of town & close to everything.

I enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea with friends, where attentive staff served generous portions of delicious savory treats, scones, and cakes. The trifles were a good surprise! For future guests, I recommend reserving a table to fully savor the experience.

With the lovely spa and cozy lounge areas, I felt completely relaxed during my time there. The only downside was a low humming noise in the room that lingered a bit, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊
